Thinking of Express Medicals and its journey over the last 30 years, what stands out to me most is purpose. From the very beginning, this has been a business built on clear values, strong professionalism, and a belief that the work we do genuinely matters. In safety‑critical environments, trust is earned every day, and that responsibility is something we take seriously.

As CEO, I am immensely proud of the team we have built and the culture we continue to nurture. Over the past seven years, I have seen the organisation grow not just in size and capability, but in confidence, maturity, and impact. Our people bring expertise, integrity, and care to everything they do, and that is what our clients trust.

The occupational health landscape has evolved significantly, with higher expectations, greater scrutiny, and an increased focus and understanding within industry of the value proposition inherent in the services we provide. Express Medicals has responded by continually investing in our people, systems, and standards, ensuring we remain a relied upon partner and trusted authority in occupational health.
