Matthew joined Express Medicals in 2018 as Head of Finance. His diverse professional skillset paved the way for his appointment as Chief Executive Officer since 2024. As the CEO of Express Medicals, Matthew leads with a vision for innovation, growth, and excellence.

With a strong background in strategic leadership and a commitment to delivering value for clients and stakeholders, Matthew drives the organization forward through transformative initiatives and a focus on sustainable success. His leadership philosophy centres on empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and embracing change to stay ahead in a dynamic market. Outside of work, Matthew is an avid sport climber and licensed skydiver.
