Commercial Manager

Jacob joined Express Medicals in 2023 as an Inbound Sales Coordinator and has since progressed into the role of Commercial Manager as of 2026. His journey within the business reflects a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and supporting the long-term growth of Express Medicals.

In his role, Jacob works closely with the business development, account management, and marketing team to help shape the commercial strategy, improve ways of working, and ensure a consistent, client-focused approach across the department.

Jacob takes a people-centred approach to leadership, believing that understanding and supporting colleagues is key to delivering positive outcomes for both clients and the wider business.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys staying active through the gym, running, the occasional martial arts class, and likes to unwind with a good book.
