Purpose of the role

We’re looking for a Results Executive to join our friendly, hard-working team in our main office in London Rotherhithe. This is an office-based role with the option of hybrid working. You’ll report to the Results Manager and play a key part in processing medical, drug and alcohol results each day, ensuring accurate communication with clients, candidates and colleagues.

The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You’ll be handling sensitive information, so a high level of accuracy and respect for confidentiality is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Process post received from our external clinics

  • Produce and issue reports, results and certificates through a range of channels

  • Co-ordinate medical referrals with external clinics, including sourcing clinics, completing referral forms, and monitoring reports to ensure timely issue to clients

  • Upload results to external databases and client portals in line with service level agreements

  • Record and maintain customer data in line with data protection legislation

  • Provide back-office support to investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints at the request of the Customer Support Team or a Senior Manager

  • Manage customer expectations around timescales, including delayed or pending results
