Welcoming Express Medicals Plc’s new Chief Operating Officer, Ross Lee

We’re proud to announce the appointment of Ross Lee as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Ross joined in November 2020 as part of our Business Development team. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a mix of strategic thinking, commercial instinct, and execution power. That momentum quickly led to the role of Commercial Manager, where he played a key role in shaping our growth, strengthening client partnerships, and working closely with the CEO.

Today, as COO, Ross will continue to drive operational excellence, align our teams around clear priorities and strong execution, and partner closely with the CEO to help lead Express Medicals into its next phase of growth.

As COO, Ross will act as the senior point of contact for operational matters and customer feedback, while providing leadership across our network of 18 clinics. This enhanced oversight is intended to support consistent operational governance, facilitate timely responses to issues, and guide the ongoing development of our clinic network. This structure is designed to help maintain and improve the reliability and responsiveness of our services as the business continues to grow.
