Marking 30 Years of Supporting Healthier Workplaces

This summer, colleagues from Express Medicals came together to mark a significant milestone: 30 years of supporting businesses and employees through high-quality occupational health services.

The celebration brought together team members from our network of 18 clinics across the UK, a valuable opportunity to connect, share experiences and recognise the collective effort behind the care and support we deliver to customers every day.

Three decades of working alongside organisations in rail, construction and other safety-critical industries has shaped how we approach occupational health today. Our expertise is built on genuine sector knowledge and, in many cases, customer relationships spanning years rather than months. That continuity is something we don't take for granted, and it's part of what allows us to respond quickly and consistently, wherever and whenever our customers need us.

None of that happens without the people behind it. Whether supporting workplace wellbeing, helping employees stay fit for work, or delivering responsive occupational health services, what we're able to offer customers comes down to the dedication and collaboration of our teams. The event was a reminder of the relationships and shared purpose that connect colleagues across the organisation, wherever they're based.

We encourage our teams to take ownership, support one another, and keep looking for ways to improve. That culture is what lets us work effectively as one organisation, and it's the same culture our customers experience in how we deliver our services.

Marking 30 years was an opportunity to recognise the people, partnerships and values that continue to drive us forward. They remain central to the way we support our customers every day.
