About the presenter

Nell joined the British Army in 2000, as a qualified physiotherapist. Military physiotherapy is considered to be world class; and after ten years of working with military personnel and their families, and having reached the rank of Major, Nell decided to share her skills with the civilian private sector, where she now runs her own central London clinic.

Over the past 20+ years she has worked with some amazing healthcare professionals and has developed her own way of working, the Health & Performance Pyramid, which has a strong basis in biomechanics and load management. She is a member of the Association for Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics.
